How to Place an Order:
In the “Create Order” section, please provide the following details:
- Project Link: Your project link
- Property Address: The address of the property.
- Number of Floors: The total number of floors in the property.
(This basic information is essential for us to start working on your project)
You may also choose to include the following options:
- Measurement System: Select the measurement system (Metric or Imperial).
(If you select “None” we will automatically choose the appropriate unit based on the address you provide)
- Language: Choose your preferred language for the floor plan.
- File Type: Request additional file types, such as Site Plans, DWG files, or Colored Plans.
- Delivery Options: If you need expedited service, we offer fast delivery options within 12 or 6 hours.
Turnaround time:
Next business day after the order is placed.
– We provide individual and combined plans of all floors in PDF (vector format) and JPEG format.
– Area calculation area notes document (GIA/GLA report).
For your convenience, we also provide other formats upon request, including SVG, PNG, PNG with transparent background, TIF, PSD, high resolution 300 Dpi etc.
You have the right to request an amendment within 360 days of delivery. Any amendment requests thereafter may be subject to a fee.
