This Privacy Notice explains how Cedar247 (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use our website and services.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to provide our services, including:

  • Name and email address

  • Project information (project links, uploaded files, order notes)

  • Basic technical information (IP address, browser type)

We do not collect unnecessary personal data.

3. How We Use Information

We use your information solely to:

  • Process and complete orders

  • Deliver digital files and provide revisions

  • Communicate regarding orders or support requests

  • Comply with legal obligations when required

We do not use personal data for advertising or marketing purposes.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal).

Cedar247 does not store or process credit card details or payment account information on its own servers. All payment data is handled directly by the payment providers in accordance with their security and privacy policies.

5. File Storage and Retention

  • The project files you send us and the Deliverables we produce are stored only for service delivery purposes.

  • We keep your Deliverables available to you for at least three hundred sixty-five (365) days from the delivery date. After that period we may permanently delete them at any time, without prior notice.

  • We do not erase anything on a fixed schedule, so files may stay with us for longer than that. Treat the 365 days as the period you can rely on, not as a promise that a file disappears on day 366. If you want your files removed sooner, email us and we will remove them once the order is closed.

You are responsible for downloading and backing up your Deliverables within that period.

6. Data Sharing

We share data only when necessary, including:

  • With payment processors to complete transactions

  • When required by law or legal process

We do not sell or share personal data for commercial purposes.

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure.

8. Your Rights

Depending on applicable laws, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.

Three things outlive a deletion request, and we will say so when they apply: order records we are required to keep for tax and accounting; files still needed to finish an order that is under way; and files you attached to an order yourself. Everything else goes, and those go too once the legal reason for keeping them has passed.

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. The latest version will be posted on our website with an updated date.
