1. General

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Cedar247 (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the services.

You represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, whether on your own behalf or on behalf of an organization.

2. Service Description

Cedar247 provides custom digital design services, including but not limited to 2D floor plans, 3D floor plans, renderings, and related visual deliverables (“Deliverables”).

All services are provided on a pay-per-file basis. Each order represents a one-time service created specifically based on the information you submit (“Project Information”).

Cedar247 does not offer subscriptions, recurring billing, automatic renewals, or ongoing service plans.

3. Ordering Process

  1. You place an order and submit the required Project Information.

  2. Full payment is collected at the time of order placement.

  3. Cedar247 produces the Deliverables based on the submitted Project Information.

  4. Deliverables are delivered digitally within the stated turnaround time.

You are responsible for ensuring that all submitted Project Information is accurate and complete.

4. Fees and Payment

  • All prices are displayed on the website at the time of purchase.

  • Payment must be completed in full before work begins.

  • Cedar247 does not provide post-paid services, invoicing terms, or credit accounts.

  • Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal). Cedar247 does not store credit card information.

5. Refunds and Revisions

  • Orders may be canceled and refunded only before the Deliverables have been delivered.

  • No refunds are available once the final Deliverables have been delivered.

  • Up to three (3) revisions may be provided within ninety (90) days from the delivery date, provided that the revision requests remain within the original scope of the order.

6. File Retention

Cedar247 retains delivered files for a period of three hundred sixty-five (365) days from the delivery date. After this period, Cedar247 may permanently delete the Deliverables without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for downloading, backing up, and storing your Deliverables within the retention period. Cedar247 is not responsible for any data loss occurring after the retention period has expired.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Project Information

You retain ownership of all Project Information you submit. You grant Cedar247 a limited license to use such information solely for the purpose of producing the Deliverables.

7.2 Deliverables

Upon full payment and delivery, all rights, title, and interest in the Deliverables are transferred to you.

Cedar247 does not use, publish, or display the Deliverables for portfolio, marketing, or promotional purposes unless you have provided prior written consent.

8. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use the services for any unlawful purpose and not to submit content that infringes the rights of third parties. Cedar247 is not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete Project Information provided by you.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Cedar247 makes no warranties regarding fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted service, or error-free results.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cedar247’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Cedar247 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business interruption.

11. Termination

Cedar247 may refuse or cancel services if these Terms are violated. Termination does not affect completed and delivered orders.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Cedar247 is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
