This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Cedar247 and should be read together with our Terms of Service.

 

All services are provided on a pay-per-file, one-time payment basis.

 

Orders may be canceled and refunded only if the request is made before the Deliverables have been delivered.

 

Once the final Deliverables have been delivered, no refunds will be issued.

 

Due to the custom and digital nature of our services:

 

Completed and delivered files are non-refundable.

 

Refund requests based on personal preference, change of mind, or subjective dissatisfaction are not eligible once delivery has occurred.

 

If adjustments are required after delivery, revision requests will be handled in accordance with our revision policy:

 

Up to three (3) revisions may be provided

 

Within ninety (90) days from the delivery date

 

Provided that the requested revisions remain within the original scope of the order

 

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
